I am an active, engaged entrepreneur and PCM master trainer with nearly 20 years of experience in training, coaching and leadership. I guide leaders and teams in strengthening their daily leadership.
With humor, decisiveness and connection, I focus on compassion and reducing drama and miscommunication. I believe that much frustration and stress within organizations can be prevented through daily conscious communication and focused motivation. This requires knowledge and commitment. Working together to create an inclusive culture where you learn with and from each other, and celebrate successes. That is what I enjoy most!
