In my work within (special) primary education, I train all new colleagues. This way, we learn to connect better with each other, with the larger goal of strengthening the school's environment so that we can better reach every student.
It's wonderful to introduce people to the Process Communication Model. I experience it again and again as a fascinating process of discovery and ongoing self-insight.
