Your journey to becoming a PCM-certified trainer

  • Includes 10 free PCM Profiles for trial training.
  • The process takes approximately 8 months.
  • You must have completed the PCM Basic Training and PCM Advanced Training before you can start the PCM Trainer certification.

The PCM Trainer certification is accredited by the School Leaders Register with 100 points.

Module 1

Module 1: Practicing PCM in Training

  • Duration: 4 days
  • Learning by doing: practicing the PCM Basictraining components
  • Enhance your communication and motivation skills
  • Practice interventions and recognizing miscommunication
  • Intermediate Step: Intervision

Module 2: Deepen Your PCM Knowledge

  • Train with 2 Process Communication Model topics in pairs
  • Experience how to deliver online training
  • Format: 2 online half-day sessions

Module 3

Module 3: Practice Certification

  • Train a Process Communication Model Basictraining topic in a practice exam
  • Receive personal feedback on your learning process
  • Duration: 3 days

Give your own PCM trial training

Give your own PCM trial training

With a maximum of ten participants in your own session. Minimum 1 day, maximum 3 days.

Module 4

Module 4: Certification

  • Present a PCM Basictraining topic in a training setting
  • Show that you have mastered the theory
  • Demonstrate effective interventions with participants
  • Self-management in training
  • Complete your certification
  • Duration: 2-3 days

Good to know

Condition

You must have completed the PCM Basic Training and PCM Advanced Training before you can participate in the PCM Trainer certification.

Investment

€ 6,090 excl. VAT. This includes all modules, 10 PCM Profiles for trial training, materials, and catering. Excludes any overnight stays and dinner.

Lead time

4 modules over approximately 8 months. Expect about 10 days for preparation, peer consultation, and study time, in addition to the training modules and your trial training.

Form

The training days take place live. The intervision and one short module are online.

Accreditation

The PCM Trainer certification is accredited by the School Leaders Register (Ascenda) with 100 points.
