How to Connect:

You are not just one type or color. You have all personality types within you.
With the Process Communication Model® we don't talk about types of people, but about personality types that are present in every person. Everyone has all six types within them — in a unique combination. Each type is okay. No single type is better, smarter, or more important than another.
What differs is what motivates someone, which psychological needs they want to fulfill, and how they prefer to communicate. When you recognize these differences, it becomes easier to connect, motivate, and prevent misunderstandings.
Don't use PCM to label, but to consciously utilize differences. This way, you make a difference for yourself and others. Every day.
Discover what this means for you
In the PCM Basictraining, you gain insight into your personal structure and learn how to consciously use your strengths — in interactions with others and with yourself. More connection. More clarity. More control in your communication.
Less miscommunication. Stronger collaboration.
With PCM, your team gains a common language to recognize behavior and stress, and to purposefully deploy their strengths. This leads to more focused collaboration and increased ownership.
