Communication is the foundation. Sounds simple, right?!
In practice, however, this often proves more challenging. With PCM, you increase your self-awareness regarding your own communication style and what motivates you and keeps you motivated. The great thing is that you can then use these tools in your interactions with others, thereby strengthening your relationships. Who wouldn't want such a solid foundation?!
