Since 2020, I have been a certified trainer within PCM. Currently, we are fully engaged in integrating PCM within our own organization (vzw Kompas) and I am also happy to offer external training. Our dream is to have all 245 employees in our department speak the same language in terms of communication. This will make mutual cooperation more sustainable and richer, with much less stress and more mutual understanding.
