Unlock the full power of Process Communication Model

You have completed the PCM Basic Training and want to further deepen your knowledge and skills. Then this follow-up training is exactly what you need. You will learn to understand the behavior of others and yourself even better, especially when it comes to conflict and stress. After this training, you will be ready for your certification as a trainer or coach. You will learn, among other things:

  • How stress works and how to recognize and prevent it
  • How to transform and prevent destructive behavior
  • How motivation can change over time

Training information:

Day 1: October 21, 2026 (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Day 2: October 22, 2026 (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

What you will learn

With your own Process Communication Model profile, you better understand how each personality type and phase has its own motivations and associated emotions. This allows you to predict long-term stress and offer protection against its potential consequences.

Discovering patterns

You develop an awareness of stress, allowing you to identify behavioral patterns that hinder yourself and others. This insight helps you prevent miscommunication, friction, and conflict.

Recognizing signals

When you understand the personality types, you can pick up more signals from your environment. This helps you better grasp what people truly mean in intense situations, conversations, or digital interactions. As a result, you can recognize a lack of engagement and transform it into genuine connection.

PCM 2 offers insights and skills to:

  • To identify miscommunication through keen observation.
  • To analyze written communication and read between the lines.
  • To adapt your communication style to the preferences of others.
  • To recognize emotional patterns and prevent miscommunication.
  • To prevent stress from escalating into conflict and to transform negativity into productivity.
  • To discover how and why motivations can change when we go through phases.
