I am Els Weeda, a PCM trainer and coach.
In all communication, I strive for connection and genuine contact. With extensive experience in (special) education and the intersection of education and mental healthcare, I am dedicated to creating an educational system where children truly feel seen and understood in ways that suit them. For this, I utilize the Process Communication Model, which offers us a clear and insightful reflection.
In individual settings, teams, classrooms, and families, I ensure that everyone feels acknowledged and that self-understanding and mutual understanding are enhanced. In all interactions, you will find me to be a committed, humorous trainer and coach, focused on fostering mutual understanding, calm, recognizing children's needs, and supporting (foster) families.
My passions are peace, connection, and collaboratively finding tools to build these connections with yourself and others. I look forward to embarking on a journey of discovery with you!
