As an experienced teacher and in my role as a coaching colleague, I have guided wonderful processes and seen what a difference it makes when you can tune into the other person out of genuine interest. Driven by my conviction that everyone deserves to get the best out of themselves, I came into contact with the Process Communication Model That has provided me with incredibly valuable insights that I would like to share with you.
I thoroughly enjoy the enormously enriching power of PCM during every training session. Searching for yourself and the other, in contact and communication with one another. Learning to reach others better, learning to understand them better, and taking huge steps in your own development. That is what I strive for.
