I am a committed trainer, coach, and advisor with an educational background. Originally a primary school teacher, I currently work in a Learning & Development department at an innovative technical company in the Achterhoek.
I guide subject matter experts and teams in their personal and professional development. As a certified PCM trainer, I provide customized in-company training. As a coach, I guide individuals and teams, using various techniques from PCM, NLP, RET, Voice Dialogue, and Gestalt, among others. Additionally, I work as a project leader, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions together with a team. The goal is to integrate learning as optimally as possible into daily work. I do my work with passion, decisiveness, and connection.
