I enrolled in Manon Bongers' "Coaching in Positive Psychology" training through the school leaders' registry. As a registered director, I need to earn 100 points every five years, but this program proved to be much more than just a requirement. It became a wonderful journey through my past and present, exploring Transactional Analysis (TA) and PCM. Now, having just started my second year, I can confidently say it has helped me in every conversation at work. My decision to continue and become a certified coach is also driven by the board I work for, as they are seeking someone to coach the directors. While not yet confirmed, this is the goal I am working towards.
