Developing professional communication in teams!
A good communication process is essential for developing a professional team culture. We communicate all day long and are generally quite good at it, right? Or perhaps not always? PCM helps with observing and listening during the communication process. How can we keep communication channels open and constructive?
During distress, noise occurs and communication becomes disconnected. These signals are predictable and preventable, even if the distress has lasted longer and/or is more severe.
In my work as an interim director, I regularly encounter teams or colleagues in (long-term) distress. This often means an energy drain for those involved and a negative spiral. Work towards achieving organizational goals together has ceased. PCM helps restore energy within a team and helps prevent a negative spiral by providing tools for professional, but certainly also personal, communication!
Curious what this could mean for you and your leadership? You can always contact us without obligation or join a (free) PCM introduction via Teams.
