HR Manager, AVIKO Germany

We experienced significant problems within the factory's management. There was no collaboration or trust, and everyone was preoccupied with their own issues. After a new plant manager with PCM experience joined, our team completed the PCM training.

Within a week, the atmosphere had transformed. We began collaborating very constructively, understanding that different personalities communicate and have different needs. A year after the training, our staff turnover dropped to almost zero, sick days were more than halved, and we reduced production errors by 45%. Colleagues visiting from other locations are often surprised by our open interactions and the positive tone we use with each other.

As an HR manager, I have completed the Process Communication Model trainer course. All department, shift, and junior managers, as well as team leaders, have been trained in Process Communication Model. I also use the Process Communication Model profile as a recruitment tool for key positions. New employees and managers receive their Process Communication Model profile and attend the training, which makes everything easier. By applying Process Communication Model, we suddenly understand each other much more easily and recognize signals that were previously hidden from us.

It's interesting how quickly everything can change for the better when the right conversation happens. And a fun side effect: with a lot of humor, PCM became a kind of secret language within our company. By drawing on the six personality types that PCM compares to floors in a house, we regularly ask each other to 'take the elevator.' And yet, there are only stairs in the building ;-).
