PCM has given me even more energy to consciously work on communication and prevent misunderstandings.
Of course, that requires practice. It is just like training a muscle: try, make mistakes, get back up, and practice again. That is precisely what makes it so valuable. My personal mission is to introduce as many people as possible to the insights and practical tools of PCM.
PCM has not only changed the way I view communication, but has also taught me how to deal more effectively with stress caused by miscommunication. By paying attention to my own psychological needs as well as those of others, I experience more peace, more joy, and more connection. I listen differently, observe better, and notice how much energy that generates – for myself and for the people around me.
I would love to give everyone around me a first introduction to PCM: family, friends, colleagues, entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, educators, and the people in my municipality. Just imagine what is possible when more and more people truly learn to understand each other. How wonderful it would be if our region grew into a place where PCM thrives and people meet with more understanding and fewer misunderstandings.
I believe that the world becomes more beautiful when more people experience what conscious communication can mean. Not as theory, but in the small, daily moments when we truly connect with each other.
For me, that is the biggest difference between my life before PCM and my life with PCM: I communicate more consciously, prevent misunderstandings sooner, and take better care of my own battery, so that I approach life and my work with energy and enjoyment.
I am incredibly grateful that PCM crossed my path. It is a journey on which I want to continue learning, growing, and inspiring others for a very long time.
