PCM Basictraining

  • Gain greater self-awareness with your PCM Profile
  • Better understand what others say and do
  • Train concrete skills for better connection

Learn how to make every conversation a good one

Truly communicating well with everyone around you is one of the most challenging things there is. This training provides you with insight and the fundamental skills to improve daily. You will learn the logic behind human behavior and how to apply the Process Communication Model:

  • By starting with the needs of others, free from assumptions
  • Using the six basic communication styles to reach everyone
  • To achieve the best results faster and more enjoyably

After this training:

Do you have more self-awareness and resilience?

Using your own Process Communication Model Profile, you view yourself from your strengths and preferences. With this insight, you look differently at everyday situations. And you can make choices that align with what you truly need and want.

Connect more easily

With this renewed self-awareness, you can also decipher the behavior and motivations of others. Look at your own and others' behavior differently, recognize what the person opposite you needs, and connect with them accordingly.

Do you know how to reduce stress?

Recognize the first signs of miscommunication and transform it into effective communication. This helps prevent misunderstandings, frustration, and a lack of engagement, while also addressing stress and its associated unproductive behaviors.

For anyone who benefits from good working relationships

We see that our PCM Basic Training immediately yields significant benefits for people who communicate intensively on a daily basis in their professional lives. Such as team leaders, managers and HR professionals, lecturers, teachers, trainers, and coaches. Treat yourself to the pleasure of better contact and more understanding of yourself and each other.

3 reasons to choose PCM:

Make more effective decisions with greater self-awareness

Leave prejudices behind and act with compassion

Understand how to defuse potential conflicts

Your questions,
our answers

The main difference between the Process Communication Model (PCM) and DISC is that DISC primarily focuses on observable behavior (how you come across), while PCM delves deeper into underlying personality, needs, and stress patterns.

Immediately. With self-insight, you become aware of your communication style and what you need to function well. And in contact with others: after just the first training, you will apply PCM in your next conversation. You build real skills by continuing to practice, in everyday interactions, under pressure, and with people who are different from you. You learn PCM by doing it, and in doing so, make a difference every day. For yourself and for others.

We all exhibit predictable patterns when experiencing stress. If you recognize these, in yourself as well as in others, you can do something about it. By properly recharging your own battery, you increase your resilience and reduce stress and miscommunication. PCM gives you the tools to manage your own stress and deal with the stress of others.

Curious how you react under pressure? Take the stress test.
