No two people are the same, and everyone is driven by something. Every person has needs, a worldview, and a way of communicating. I became aware of this during a very inspiring PCM training. By getting to know myself better, I realize the influence my behavior has on other people and their behavior on me. People can be recognized through facial expressions, behaviors, and verbal expressions.

PCM provides me with the tools to use these recognitions to put myself in other people's shoes and understand their needs. For me, it is now much easier to choose the right communication channel. The result is amazing. Fewer disagreements, more effective communication, satisfaction, and people feeling better. Highly recommended and applicable every day!
