Become a PCM Coach

Further enhance your coaching skills.

  • Become certified as a PCM coach
  • Help your coachees to understand themselves
  • And to make real contact with others

Enhance coaching journeys with the power of self-awareness

As a coach, you probably already use personality models for self-awareness. With the Process Communication Model, you translate those insights into daily practice. You help your coachees better understand what energizes them and where they get stuck. Moreover, you make it easier for yourself to connect with their preferences.

You will learn:

  • To better understand and motivate themselves
  • To prevent stress and misunderstandings
  • To connect more effectively

After this certification:

1.

Learn to recognize your behavior patterns

You see what's happening beneath the words and help your coachee recognize which patterns are effective and which keep repeating, especially under pressure.

2.

Coach with greater insight and better results

You'll quickly get to the core of motivation and behavior without getting stuck in analysis. You'll listen and observe with new insights, enabling you to choose interventions that truly address what's going on.

3.

Connect insight with conscious behavior

You help your coachee take responsibility for their own behavior and choices in daily life, moving from insight to making choices that create a daily difference.

4.

Stay aware of your influence in every coaching conversation.

You manage your own behavior and consciously tailor your communication to your coachee's preferred style and psychological needs.

Your questions,
our answers

The main difference between the Process Communication Model (PCM) and DISC is that DISC primarily focuses on observable behavior (how you come across), while PCM delves deeper into underlying personality, needs, and stress patterns.

Immediately. With self-insight, you become aware of your communication style and what you need to function well. And in contact with others: after just the first training, you will apply PCM in your next conversation. You build real skills by continuing to practice, in everyday interactions, under pressure, and with people who are different from you. You learn PCM by doing it, and in doing so, make a difference every day. For yourself and for others.

We all exhibit predictable patterns when experiencing stress. If you recognize these, in yourself as well as in others, you can do something about it. By properly recharging your own battery, you increase your resilience and reduce stress and miscommunication. PCM gives you the tools to manage your own stress and deal with the stress of others.

Curious how you react under pressure? Take the stress test.
