In the past, I have taken various training courses and tests, and read many books, which has helped me develop into who I am today. My experience is that many of the training courses were superficial and less concrete. With PCM, my experience is the complete opposite! My personality traits emerged using concrete terms. I thought beforehand that the outcome would be different. So, even at my age (51) and with my experience, there were many learning moments in this PCM training. 

I completed this Level 4 PCM training together with my Level 4 students (over 19 years old). That was also a great experience to do together! We had known each other for about five months, but this experience has taken our bond to a whole new level! Now we not only understand each other better, but we also truly put those insights to use during our interactions. I am convinced that these students/mechanics/work planners interact with their colleagues in this way as well. It is truly wonderful to see these technicians working on this and contributing to their development in this manner.

In addition, we were under the enthusiastic guidance of Marja, who walked us through the PCM material. What use is it to you as a technician with a specific PCM profile in your field of work?! This was made clear to everyone with concrete practical examples.
