We started working with PCM fairly soon after our municipality's new management team began working together to shape a challenging transition of the reorganized organization. Our goal: to maintain the positive dynamics within the team, gain insight into each other's 'instruction manuals,' and collectively maximize the strengths within the management team. The enthusiasm, expertise, and positively critical contribution of our trainer played a key role in our collective growth into a powerful team.
