Below you can read all about how we ship your order, what the costs are, and what you can expect.
Where we deliver
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live or work outside these countries? Please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities and any additional shipping costs.
Postage costs
- Netherlands: € 8.95
- Belgium: €11.95
- Other EU countries: on request, additional shipping costs apply
- Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €75.00
These are current rates and are subject to change. The price you see at checkout is the applicable price.
Processing and shipping time
We ship physical orders within 3 business days of receiving your payment; it is often faster. Are you ordering a downloadable item? Then you will receive the download link or the file by email, which counts as the moment of delivery.
Delivery time
- Netherlands: 2 to 3 working days after shipment
- Belgium: 2 to 3 working days after shipment
Delivery times are an estimate. If there are delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping method
We ship all orders with DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by email so you can track the status of your package.
Exceptions
- We are closed between Christmas and New Year's. We will process orders received during this period as soon as we reopen.
- Is a product temporarily out of stock? We will let you know as soon as possible when it is available again. In that case, the delivery time may be longer than indicated above.
