How do you deal with stress? We're giving you five more tips to take with you this week.

Tip 1: Ask yourself if you have enough challenges in your work and life. If not, seek out a new challenge, whether big or small. When we lack positive challenges, we often find ourselves filling that void in negative ways.

Tip 2: If you're good at taking care of others, make sure to schedule 15-30 minutes of 'special time' for yourself today, putting your own needs first.

Tip 3: Each week, try an activity you've never done before. This variety and novelty can give you a fresh burst of energy!

Tip 4: Schedule time for reflection between appointments. Even just 5 minutes where you don't have to do anything can help you maintain clear thinking.

Tip 5: Begin or end your day with your favorite music. Create an energy-boost playlist on Spotify to kickstart or wind down your day.
