In this three-day training, you will be introduced to the basic principles of PCM. You will learn how personality types work together within yourself and in contact with others, and how you can attune your communication to the other person for greater understanding, connection, and results.
Every training day:
With your PCM profile, you view yourself through the lens of your strengths and preferences. This self-awareness allows you to see everyday situations differently and make choices that align with your needs and help you achieve your dreams.
With this renewed self-awareness, you can also decipher the behavior and motivations of others. Look at your own and others' behavior differently, recognize what others need, and connect with them accordingly.
Recognize the first signs of miscommunication and transform it into effective communication. This helps prevent misunderstandings, frustration, and a lack of engagement, while also addressing stress and its associated unproductive behaviors.
