By now, you know how valuable it is to understand what motivates you and how you communicate. In your first PCM training, you already discovered how much insight that provides – about yourself and others. How cool is it, then, to go a layer deeper!

In this in-depth training, we go a layer deeper. You will learn to look more subtly, listen more precisely, and switch gears more consciously. So that you not only know PCM, but can truly apply it – in every situation.

During this training you will learn:

How to recognize signs of miscommunication in time
How to read between the lines in written communication
How to align your style with that of the other person, without losing yourself.
How to recognize emotional patterns – in yourself and in others
How to prevent stress from turning into conflict, and how to turn negativity into action
Why motivations can shift when someone 'phases', and what you can do then

In short: you hone your skills, deepen your insight, and become increasingly free in how you communicate. With yourself and the world around you.

Practical information:

A maximum of 8 participants , ensuring plenty of personal attention and space to discover, learn, and practice.
Location (area) Breda.
Fully catered lunch on every training day.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the training to start.

What you will learn

With your own Process Communication Model profile, you better understand how each personality type and phase has its own motivations and associated emotions. This allows you to predict long-term stress and offer protection against its potential consequences.

Discovering patterns

You develop an awareness of stress, allowing you to identify behavioral patterns that hinder yourself and others. This insight helps you prevent miscommunication, friction, and conflict.

Recognizing signals

When you understand the personality types, you can pick up more signals from your environment. This helps you better grasp what people truly mean in intense situations, conversations, or digital interactions. As a result, you can recognize a lack of engagement and transform it into genuine connection.

PCM 2 offers insights and skills to:
