BSmart PCM In-depth Training in Conflict Resolution and Stress Management
This 2-day training is a follow-up to the 3-day PCM Basic Training and focuses on further deepening and expanding the skills of making contact, motivating, and resolving conflicts.
What does the PCM Advanced Training entail?
We delve deeper into the application of the Process Communication Model® in conflicts and stressful situations, both interpersonally and within groups and teams. We extensively discuss various stress patterns (such as predictable failure patterns and myths that amplify stress) and effective interaction strategies. You will deepen your knowledge and strengthen the successful practical application of the Process Communication Model®.
We will work with concrete do's and don'ts and practical examples using case studies and video clips. You will be introduced to and practice with in-depth information, enabling you to recognize your own stress patterns and those of others even faster and better, and allowing you to apply intervention and prevention strategies even more effectively in everyday life, whether at work or in your private life.
What are you taking home?
With this Advanced Training, you will enhance your communication skills and the successful application of practical PCM concepts in daily life. Pleasant collaboration, achieving goals within the set timeframe, and inner balance will become even more firmly anchored in your daily life. As a result, this training is an extremely valuable addition to and deepening of the insights and skills you gained in the Basic Training.
For whom?
For everyone who would like to: learn even more about PCM, enhance their skills in stressful situations, and break free from ingrained myths and predictable patterns that trigger stress.
From a place of inner peace, I want to perceive how clear the patterns are that the other person displays.
Want to experience how pleasant it is to have and maintain smooth, positive communication. Want to take on the challenge of effectively achieving a good relationship and optimal results.
Want to learn how to communicate pleasantly with personality types that are naturally “difficult” for you.
All this together with people who have also completed the PCM Basic Training and want to refresh the key components and deepen their understanding further by acquiring new knowledge and engaging in playful, valuable exercises.
