My personal core values are inclusivity and tranquility. From that foundation, I focus on fostering a culture where we interact positively and everyone is free to be themselves. What we want to teach our children, we must first exemplify ourselves.
As a manager and supervisor, I steer towards clear goals and ambitions. I enjoy it when all levels contribute to these and everyone's potential is realized. Others describe me as enterprising, inspiring, and people-oriented. They experience congruence between the strategic direction, our values, and daily practice.
The development of people fascinates me enormously. From a relaxed attitude, I provide space for initiative and encourage growth. In doing so, I naturally address confrontation when I believe it is important. My driving force is helping others to flourish.
