My name is Jannette Baaij Melis. My strength lies in working with people. There's nothing I'd rather do.
As a trainer, I observe what happens within the team, between people, and with individuals. I don't get drawn into the process; instead, I remain neutral and objective. I guide the process, ensure a positive atmosphere. I challenge where necessary, adjust the process, and maintain focus on the core of the session.
What can you expect from me?
A solid theoretical foundation and practical application in the here and now. I achieve this using the Process Communication Model (PCM). As a certified PCM trainer, I help you discover how you and your colleagues communicate and how this can be done more effectively, pleasantly, and with energy. I can combine this with
horse-assisted coaching
. The emphasis here is on experiential learning. I am a registered Equine Assisted Coach®.
With great passion, I worked for years as a teacher in vocational secondary education (VMBO). I completed a Master's in Learning & Innovation and was involved in project management and educational innovation. As an interim manager, I came into contact with PCM. This model provides insight into behavior, how you communicate, and its influence on others. I wanted to do more with this. Together with fellow trainers, I started training teachers. Soon, I also discovered horse coaching as a method. The combination of PCM and horse-assisted coaching is truly invaluable. Baaij Melis training & coaching has existed since 2015.
My strength and passion lie in working with people. I appreciate a strong theoretical foundation with practical application in the here and now. I have found this in Process Communication and horse-assisted coaching.
