There are many different ways to communicate. By learning your communication preference and recognizing that of others, you can create genuine connection. I enjoy exploring where blockages and limiting beliefs lie. With this insight, people break through their barriers and take steps in ability, courage, and willingness. Additionally, I guide teams using PCM: everyone wants to be the best version of themselves, but the challenge lies in how you seek connection with others in that process.
The beauty of PCM is that people can discover a new level within themselves by gaining insight into their communication (including with themselves), their motivation, and stress patterns. If I can then create a context where someone can apply these new insights, then it's ‘Bingo!’ and (business) ambitions are linked to personal, motivating goals.
