I have been working in education for over 25 years. Every day, you see how important communication is there. With colleagues, with students, and with parents. And also how easily things can go wrong sometimes, even though no one really wants that.
What appeals to me so much about the Process Communication Model® is that it helps to understand what happens in those moments. Why a conversation flows easily with one person but suddenly becomes more difficult with another.
Once you see that, you can also react differently.
In my training sessions, I work calmly and practically. We often look at situations that participants experience themselves in their work. This ensures that it doesn't just remain a model, but becomes something you can apply directly.
What I find important is that a training session isn't just enjoyable or interesting on the day itself. The insights need to continue to work. The most rewarding thing for me is when people later say that they still use it in their conversations and collaborations.
