Helping people understand their stress behavior is what excites me every day. Whether you are 15 and suffer from performance anxiety, 22 and procrastinate on writing your thesis or a report, or 48 and burdened by work pressure and the balance between your work and private life.
Stress can have a significant negative impact on your life, and sometimes you simply can't find your way out on your own. In such cases, it's helpful to talk to someone about it and learn to look at it from a different perspective. That's what I, as a coach, am committed to: helping people see things differently and providing insight into where tension comes from, how it works in their mind and body, and then exploring possible solutions. The goal? A life where you understand your stress pitfalls and how to avoid them.
At 'Understand Your Stress', people of all ages find support when they experience stress, whether it's at work, during school or studies, or in their personal life.
