In my youth, there was a children's song, 'What you say, you are.' And not just what you say, but also how you say things, reveals something about you. With PCM, I've gained more insight into how I communicate, what energizes me, and what causes me stress. It helps me discover this in others too. How wonderful it is then to tailor your communication to others to truly connect with them, to truly see and hear the other person. For me, PCM is a powerful and wonderful tool in this regard.
How great it is to share this with others! In the trainings, I'd love for you to experience the power of PCM. Besides the theory, we will primarily get hands-on (practically) with it (actions speak louder than words). And that's enjoyable!
