Driven by my interest in people and personal development, I completed the TA training and follow-up coaching training based on positive psychology, combined with the Process Communication Model coach certification. Subsequently, I obtained the Process Communication Model trainer certification. This has greatly enriched me personally and professionally, providing many valuable insights and practical tools. I wish the same for my coachees and trainees.
You can describe me as empathetic, sensitive, and warm, with strong analytical skills and clear insight. I am careful and discreet, genuinely interested, and a good listener. In an atmosphere of safety and trust, I enjoy exploring with the coachee or trainee what is going well and where challenges lie, and we work on personal learning goals. Self-insight and awareness of one's own patterns are often very clarifying. For example, how can hindering survival behavior be transformed into effective behavior, leading to the individual feeling better about themselves and also improving interactions or collaboration with others? The TA and Process Communication Model tools are enormously supportive in this.
