Working with and guiding people – ultimately, it's all about behavior. It's about what people do, how they think, and how they deal with feelings, both individually and in interactions with others.
If you lead or coach people, you might sometimes struggle to understand others' behavior, which can lead to confusion or miscommunication.
This training offers a comprehensive psychology program, based on positive psychology, Transactional Analysis (TA), and the Process Communication Model (PCM).
You'll receive a complete psychology program, featuring clarifying concepts and methods that you can immediately apply in your daily practice. You'll experience significant personal and professional growth.
You'll learn to effectively guide others by understanding what's happening at a relational level and gaining access to an impressive psychological toolkit.
You'll learn to analyze communication between people using TA and PCM, enabling you to resolve misunderstandings and act in a solution-oriented way.
You'll learn to manage change processes effectively, communicate more efficiently, and provide more constructive leadership to employees, or better coach and counsel clients.
Unique: the training is based on the book of the same name, 'Coaching from Positive Psychology,' by author and psychology educator Manon Bongers.
